Tayō-sei Programs
a diversity initiative
Tayō-sei (多様性) = diversity
USJETAA and JETAA USA are working together to encourage and support a diverse community of participants and alumni of the JET Program. We believe that having a diverse range of JET participants means a more accurate representation of the richness of American culture in Japan. Whether you are an aspiring JET, getting ready to depart on the Program, or a JET alumni, there is a space for you to participate in a Tayō--sei Program.
Tayō-sei Programs are made possible with support from USJETAA, JETAA USA and funding support from the Japan-United States Friendship Commission.
