NEXT JET 2025 Cohort Registration Now Open!
As you prepare for your upcoming adventure in Japan, we're excited to offer the 2025 cohort of departing JETs the chance to connect with JET alumni and current JETs from last year's cohort. The NEXT JET Group Mentorship Program provides an opportunity to gain insights and advice on teaching, adjusting to life in Japan, and handling the challenges of living abroad.
This mentorship program is designed to help you feel more confident and prepared. You'll be able to ask your burning questions and hear firsthand experiences from those who’ve navigated the journey before you.
What You Can Expect from the Program:
Connect with JET alumni and current JETs who are eager to share their experiences with you
Join Special Interest Group (SIG) discussions on topics that matter most to you, whether that’s teaching, living in Japan, or navigating the cultural transition
Participate in Hanashi-kai, virtual meetups happening in May, June, and July, where you’ll be able to ask questions and engage in real conversations
Access to a dedicated Discord server where you can continue conversations and connect with your mentors and peers
Whether you have specific questions or just want to hear about others journeys, this program is a great way to gain the knowledge you need.
