This month’s menu features korokke (コロッケ)—a beloved bento box staple perfect for picnic season! These crispy, golden potato croquettes have a crunchy panko coating and a soft, savory filling. For a special twist, they are adding edamame in celebration of Table for Two’s #EdamameChamp Campaign, highlighting soybeans as a tasty and nutritious plant-based hero.
