Thank you to the chapters who successfully applied for our first round of grants! We have just under $2,500 in grant funds remaining.  We encourage JETAA Chapters and Subchapters to take advantage of this opportunity to expand their programming and outreach. The deadline for this second round will be November 5, 2017.

USJETAA is pleased to be working with Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA to offer grants to JETAA Chapters and Sub-Chapters in the U.S. during the Fall/Winter 2017-2018. Funded by Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA and administered by USJETAA, JETAA Chapters and Sub-Chapters are encouraged to apply for programmatic funding to enhance outreach and engagement of JET alumni and people in their communities.

The goal of the grants is to enable JETAA chapters to pursue new programs or enhance current activities that they would not be able to do without additional funding. Proposals can be for funding between $250-$2,000.

Round 2 Application Deadline: November 5, 2017

• Grantees will be selected by November 13, 2017.
• All programs must be completed by January 31, 2018.
• The final report is due on February 17, 2018.
