Japan Foundation CGP Grassroots Program: Education and Network-Strengthening – Deadline December 2, 2019
The Center for Global Partnership (CGP) was established within the Japan Foundation in April 1991 with offices in both Tokyo and New York. CGP is dedicated to strengthening the global U.S.-Japan partnership and cultivating the next generation of public intellectuals necessary to sustain this partnership. To carry out its mission, CGP supports an array of institutions and individuals, including nonprofit organizations, universities, policymakers, scholars and educators, through grant programs, fellowships as well as self-initiated projects.
The CGP Grassroots Program seeks to build from existing US-Japan foundations through supporting innovative projects that will nurture the next generation of leaders by supporting nonprofit organizations. Supported projects aim to promote networking, capacity building and innovative program development for US-Japan exchange.
