If you haven’t already heard the exciting news, the 60^th Anniversary Sakura Matsuri – Japanese Street Festival is going to be 2 days for the first time ever – on April 9 & 10, 2022.  Japan-America Society of Washington, DC (JASWDC) has been very fortunate to have so many returning JETs in the DC area volunteer as members of our subcommittee to help keep up their connection to Japan.  Our subcommittee works with Sakura Matsuri staff, our vendors/participants/performers and manages day-of volunteers.
