The Program Manager of Asia Pacific will play a vital role in Material Bank’s expansion beyond North America. This individual will focus on two distinct functions. The first is leading and providing related training on key programs centered on implementations of operationally based solutions. The second is serving as a project manager for critical initiatives and working with cross continent stakeholders / teams to meet objectives and deadlines. To be successful in this role, the Program Manager must have experience and a strong understanding of business culture and etiquette throughout the APAC region

The Program Manager must be willing to frequently travel to the APAC region and work across different time-zones. This individual must be “scrappy”, highly organized, an innate problem solver, and comfortable as an independent decision maker. The ability to build strong relationships quickly is key as you will be working with team members across all levels throughout the organization.
