The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth has an opening on its dynamic team for a full-time Membership and Development Manager. This team member will be a key part of our membership cultivation and donor relationship-building team. This multifaceted role requires skills in member relations, reporting and analysis, program implementation, benefit fulfillment, and overall data management. We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and customer service. This is an external-facing position interacting with the Council’s members, donors, and the public.

The applicant must be a dependable, deadline-oriented, and creative self-starter who is also a collaborator, a quick learner, and thrives in a high-productivity position. This position requires a highly-skilled organizer and communicator who can manage multiple projects and deadlines, generate ideas, recruit members, and steward the Council’s relationship with members and donors.
