Summary:

Inside Travel Group is currently accepting applications for Japan Specialist Travel Consultants for our Colorado office, with a start date of February 2022. If you’ve got a passion for Japan, and the drive and determination to succeed in a sales role, we want to hear from you! 

As a Travel Consultant with Inside Japan Tours, you’ll put your excellent working knowledge of Japan to good use, coupling your unique, personal experience with our range of self-guided adventures and group tours to create unforgettable journeys that leave your clients in awe, from the minute they first get in touch to the moment they land back home. 

Our Travel Consultants are the face of the business, and we know first impressions count. A natural people person, you’ll need confidence, charisma, and the ability to engage to be at your best in this role. Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable – you’ll win your customers round by asking thoughtful and insightful questions, interpreting their needs into tangible solutions, and by understanding how to describe emotively yet accurately what travelling to Japan with us is all about.  

You’ll do all this by providing excellent service – for your customers, this is about spending time on the things that count and working quickly and responsively to resolve the things that matter. For your colleagues, you’ll own the booking process from start to finish, which means being highly organized and having exceptional attention to detail. Supported by our Booking Delivery and Customer Service teams, you’ll lead the way on ensuring a first-class customer experience from start to finish.
