Westwood & Wilshire: Head of People & Culture – Enplas America

Westwood & Wilshire executive search is conducting the retained search for the Head of People & Culture with Enplas America; holding company for the US based business units of Enplas Corporation in Japan.

Reporting directly to the President of Enplas America, the Head of People & Culture is a newly created role tasked with creating an optimum set of people practices that combine both Japanese and US cultures across all US business units. We’re looking for candidates with HR and project management experience and with good affinity for Japanese/American environments (ideally bilingual).
