This would be a senior position for someone who already has some professional experience, especially in the field of global health or human security. We are looking for people who are excellent writers in English but are also comfortable working in a bicultural English/Japanese work environment. Since JCIE is a small office the Program Officer will be responsible for multiple aspects of global health programs at JCIE including; managing donor/grant relations, developing new proposals, and implementing existing programming.
