We are seeking a Financial Advisor Trainee to join our team! You will deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities:
Advise clients on investment strategies and other financial decisions
Assess clients’ assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions
Give presentations that recommend various financial products
Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients
Network and build relationships with a new and existing client base

Qualifications:
Previous experience in banking, financing, or other related fields NOT REQUIRED
Interest to learn about investment products and services
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar or able to learn how to use Zoom, emails, and SMS
Strong core values: personal growth, teamwork, the strength of character, good family relationship.

Details:
A subsidiary company of Transamerica and Aegon
Providing 99% of the population with financial products/services the affluent and wealthy have access to 5000 retail offices nationwide (due to current situations, many agents now work remotely).

Will be trained to obtain the following licenses: Life & Health Insurance, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65.

Full-time and part-time, no minimum quotas
Non-captive agents (agents are able to recommend products and services from many product providers).

The training system in place to become a business owner and investor simultaneously
15 different compensations (personal production, trails, renewals, bonuses, agency, etc)

–Compensation Program–

Trainee: $250 minimum or 1% of debt settlement and tax relief total amount
Training Associate: same as above, + 25% paid on commission
Associate: same as above, + 35% paid on commission
Senior Associate: same as above, + 45% paid on commission
Senior Marketing Director: same as above, + 65% paid on commission
Personal production, trails, renewals, overrides, bonuses, agency commission, etc.
Compensation for financial products and services requires that the agent become licensed.
For example, a Life & Health License: requires online or classroom training, plus the passing of state exams.

The agent may choose to obtain their Series 6, 63, and 65 first, in no particular order.
