Consumer Engagement Manager plays a critical role in managing Milliman HealthIO’s relationships with its consumers or end users. You and your team help welcome and onboard new consumers and drive their continued engagement and product adoption which is critical for achieving clients’ objectives and ultimately HealthIO’s success.
Your responsibilities include defining the strategy; development, enhancement, and execution of communication and engagement programs and campaigns across channels; and, improving key consumer metrics for usage and engagement. You will collaborate closely with other functions such as Product, Client Relationship Management, Wellness Coaching and Technology to meet your goals.The ideal candidate will have a combination of consumer communication strategy and execution experience, strong analytical and, project management skills.
