The Japan America Society of Chicago is pleased to announce that this year’s 33nd Annual Holiday Fundraiser & Bonenkai will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the Union League Club of Chicago, 65 W Jackson Blvd., Crystal Room, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604.

The Society is currently seeking volunteers to assist the day of the Gala. Please see the below information:

Volunteers will assist with registration, passing out auction books, auction room monitoring, raffle sales and auction coordination. A light dinner will be provided at the event with a thank you brunch to follow in the New Year!

Shift 1: 5:00-7:30 PM

Shift 2: 7:15-9:30 PM
