Position Summary

Due to increased demand in our operation, we are actively seeking an Accounting Associate/Office Manager/HR Generalist to join our team in our Cambridge location.

The Accounting Associate is responsible for performing a wide range of accounting and administrative duties which include bookkeeping, support for international accounting work necessary for preparing quarterly/annual reports, financial statements, SESC (the Japanese counterpart of SEC) filing as a publicly traded parent company, and management of local payment process, of which the reporting line will be to the CFO in Japan. General affairs and HR work in our Cambridge office will report to the site head in Cambridge.
