USJETAA Mentorship Guide – We built this guide as part of the Chapter Grant Program funded by USJETAA and the Sasakawa Peace Foundation USA. We designed it to help construct successful mentorship initiatives for JETAA chapters. Each JET chapter has different needs, and we see this guide as offering a “choose your own adventure” approach that each alumni association can modify to suit its members. So whether you’re interested in organizing a one-off meishi exchange, a full-blown mentorship program, or something in-between, this guide will help you avoid standard stumbling blocks and offer multiple templates that will set you up for success.
